How to get a Quote & Purchase Licenses

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of purchasing licenses and obtaining a price quote through your Teacher Portal, ensuring a seamless transaction and access to the resources you need.

Step 1: Begin by logging in to your Teacher Portal by clicking here. 

Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page and hover your mouse over your name. From the dropdown menu, select "Billing."

Step 3: Upon clicking "Billing," you'll be directed to the billing section of your account. If you don't have any Premium licenses yet, you'll see a page prompting you to "Purchase Licenses."

Step 4: On the next page, enter the number of licenses you require (one license per student) and select the desired duration (in years). The calculator will automatically generate a total amount for your purchase. Please note that a minimum of three (3) students is required for an annual license.

Step 4: You have two options: you can proceed with the purchase by clicking "Purchase Now" to enter your credit card information and complete the transaction, or you can request a price quote by clicking "Get a Price Quote."

Step 5a: If you click on "Purchase Now," you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information and proceed with the payment. 

Step 5b: If you click on "Get a Price Quote," enter the required billing contact information and click "Get a Price Quote" to receive a copy. Price quotes are valid 90 days from the date the quote was created. 

Step 6:  After completing either the purchase or price quote request, you'll receive a confirmation email. For purchases, you'll receive a Purchase Confirmation email, while for quotes, you'll receive a copy of your Price Quote.

Whether you choose to make an immediate purchase or request a quote, you're taking the first step towards enhancing your teaching resources. You can make your purchase with a credit card, bank transfer, or purchase order (PO). Please note any orders under $200.00, you will need to purchase with a credit card, and any orders over $200 can be purchased with a bank wire transfer or a PO.
