Delete Account

You can request to delete your account by opening the app and entering the Grownups section. In the Grownups section, tap on “Delete Account.”

You will be led to a webpage to enter your email address to request your account be deleted. Once you send your request, we will send you an email with the following message:

We received your request to delete your account.

1. First, please make sure that your subscription is canceled.

Apple App Store: If you subscribed within the app on an Apple device, please cancel through Apple by following these instructions: Apple Support Link.

Web Subscription: If you signed up on our website, you can cancel your subscription here: Stripe Billing.

Google Play Store: If you subscribed within the app on an Android device, follow the steps in this guide: Google Play Support.

2. Second, please reply to this email to confirm that you want your account information deleted. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be undone! All of your saved lesson progress & profile information will be removed and we will no longer be able to assist you in account-related matters.

Please ensure that your subscription is canceled to avoid any further charges. After canceling your subscription, reply to the email confirming that you would like your account deleted. If you need assistance with canceling your subscription, please review this article.
