  • Download the App: You can download the Reading.com app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon App Store. Click HERE to download on your mobile or tablet device.

Common Login Confusion:

  1. No Password Required for Parent Subscriptions:
    • If you purchased a Parent Subscription, no password is needed to log in to the app.
    • To access your subscription, simply log into the app and select the Parent account type when prompted.
  2. Teacher Portal Passwords:
    • If you are seeing a login page that requires a password, you are likely trying to access the Teacher Portal. This portal is only available to teachers who purchased the Teacher Edition to manage their classrooms and students.

  • “I didn’t receive a password reset email.”
    • Parent accounts don’t require a password to log in to the app. Make sure you’re using the app on a mobile or tablet device to access your subscription.
