Sync with Google Classroom
Syncing your Reading.com account with Google Classroom makes managing your classes easier and more efficient! This integration allows you to seamlessly import and manage your Google Classroom classes within Reading.com. Follow these simple steps to get started and make the most of this feature.
Pro-Tips
- Ensure you log in to your Reading.com account using your Google credentials.
- Verify that the email in your Reading.com account matches your Google account email.
- After linking your account to Google, a "Sync with Classroom" button will appear on your " My Classes" page.
Step 1: Log in to your teacher’s portal HERE and click the Google button to login.
Step 2: Click on “ MyClasses.”
Step 3: Click “Sync with Classroom.”
Step 4: A window will open displaying all of your Google Classroom classes.
Step 5: Select the classes you want to sync by clicking on them; they will turn green.
Step 6: Click "Sync Selected Classes."
Pro-Tip: Ensure students have accepted the invitation to join your Google Classroom class. If they haven't accepted yet, they will not appear in your Typing.com class.
Step 7: Once synced, your Google Classroom will appear in your class list with the Google "G" logo.
Removing Classes Synced With Google Classroom
Step 1: Log in to your teacher’s portal HERE and click the Google button to login.
Step 2: Click on “ MyClasses.”
Step 3: Click “Sync with Classroom.”
Step 4: A window will open displaying all your Google Classroom classes. Uncheck the classes you want to remove; they will turn red.
Step 5: Click "Sync Selected Classes."
Step 6: Your class list will update, and the selected Google Classroom classes will be removed.
