How to request for a signed Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)

We understand the importance of these agreements and will do our part to help you have your forms up-to-date and signed.

If you need us to read, fill out, and sign a Data Privacy Agreement Form, you must submit your request by email to support@reading.com. 

Please, remember to attach the Data Privacy Agreement Form file to the email. 

In addition, use the body of the email to let us know the due date on which you need the form signed and returned, especially if it is extensive and/or there is a degree of rush regarding the document.
