Log in to Multiple Devices

Yes, you can access your subscription on multiple devices! We understand the importance of flexibility. 


To sync your lesson progress on a new device, follow these simple steps:

  1. First, download and open the app on the new device.
  2. After downloading, open the Reading.com app. On the initial screen, you will have two options. Tap the 'Log in' option above "Already have an account?". Please note that it is important to be connected to the internet. 
  3. After the initial screens, you'll see an option that says, 'Select Your Account Type.' Choose your type of account—Teachers or Parents—and then tap Continue to log in.

  1. On the next screen, enter the email associated with the account.
  2. We'll send a verification link to the email address you used to sign up for the app on your first device.
  3. Click on the verification link, and your progress will be synced across devices.


If you've already passed the initial screens and are in the main area of the app on your new device, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Grownups" section in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Log out from the app.

  1. You'll then have the opportunity to log back in using the email you used to sign up on your first device. Your progress will be synced.
