Requesting a refund

We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund for your subscription. Here's how you can initiate a refund request based on your initial sign-up method:

For Apple Subscriptions:

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can request a refund through Apple's official support. Please visit the Apple Support link to begin the refund process. Apple requires a full 24 hours to cancel before the free trial ends. Click here and scroll to the bottom section labeled “About Subscriptions” to review Apple’s policy.

For Android Subscriptions:

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you can request a refund directly from Google. Follow the steps outlined in the Google Play Refund Request to initiate your refund request. Google requires you to cancel before your trial period expires to avoid being charged in this article.

For Web Subscriptions:

If you purchased your subscription on our website, please note that our refund policy states: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our support team at support@reading.com. We will review your request and provide a refund if it meets our criteria.

We understand that refund eligibility may vary depending on the circumstances, and we are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help with your refund request.
